Listings which say "Ready to Ship" in the description will ship out within 3 business days of receipt of payment. All other orders (unless we have discussed a shipping time frame) will ship according to the time frame in the listing. Please contact me if you need an item sooner and I will see what I can do! If you purchase a "Ready to Ship" item and item(s) that are made-to-order, everything will ship together when all products are ready.
All shipments are via US Postal Service. US shipments include Delivery Confirmation.
For International shipments, please be aware that the customer is responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, and import charges. Shipments are marked as other (not Gift) with an accurate description, and an invoice is enclosed in the package. Also, tracking and/or insurance are NOT included for international shipments. If you would like to add these options, please contact me for rates.
In order to cut down the cost and filling landfills we keep things very simple. We do give another life to used boxes and packaging (we love to leave a clean carbon print as much as we could). All you items comes to you wrapped in tissue and a handprint label tied with yarn.
